My personal experience in all roles and hirarchy levels in quality management, makes it easy for me to summarize information for people target orientated,

I like to help others, to share experiences and to link people into knowledge networks.

The requirements of the automotive industry, but also of other sectors, have increased enormously in recent years. Price pressure, quality expectations and heavily fluctuating call-off quantities determine the business. A certified quality management system, enormous documentation effort in the event of changes, fast and flexible reactions with scarce resources are a massive challenge for small and medium-sized companies in particular.

How can a company manage such a feat that does not have access to the resources of large research, development, quality or executive support departments?

Thinking, living, experiencing

Quality is a matter of attitude. Every mistake is only made to learn from it. With every bad part that is thrown away without being seen, with every mistake that is covered up, an opportunity is lost to eliminate a problem or to think about solutions. Selection tests come too late. Here the error has already happened! Recognizing your own problems and not just looking at others leads to the solution. Making difficulties transparent and finding solutions helps to master one’s own processes, to continuously develop them further and to expand one’s own competence.

It is not enough to just treat symptoms: problems must be tackled at the root in order to eliminate them.

Half-hearted approaches that are not pursued consistently only eat up resources and frustrate because they are not rewarded.

The apparent solution collapses when the error occurs again.

Only the will to not manage mistakes, but to prevent them by finding solutions, leads to the right path to the goal and to success!
